Shipping Information

Antimall ships all orders at no additional cost to you. 

The information below should answer any questions you have about shipping. If you need more information please contact by email, live chat or telephone.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed within one business day of receipt. Once it’s shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation detailing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number and details on how to track on the carriers website. 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by e-parcel with Australia Post.

How long will shipping take? 

Transit time is approximately 2 days to most parts of Australia, with about 4 days to regional areas, but we suggest you allow up to 5 days for a safe delivery date.

Does Antimall ship internationally?

No we only ship within Australia.

What happens if my order gets lost?

The first thing to do is contact Australia Post with your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If they can’t locate the delivery please email us briefly explaining the situation with the order number and the tracking number we sent you in the confirmation email. Antimall will do its own investigation and respond to you within one business day.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Multiple product orders can be sent in more than one parcel, please ensure you have received all the parcels sent you. The number of parcels will be noted in the delivery confirmation email. If you have not received all parcels please follow the procedure outlined in “What happens if my item gets lost?” If we have missed an item off your order please contact us immediately by email, briefly explaining the situation with the order number and the tracking number we sent you in the confirmation email. Antimall will do its own investigation and respond to you within one business day.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please email us the details and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also advise you how to the return of the incorrect item. 

Can Antimall deliver to a PO Box Address?

We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia.

Can Antimall deliver to my work address? 

Yes, we can deliver to any address you give us. If a business address, please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping details of your order to ensure easy and prompt delivery by Australia Post.
