When you try on your new item/s do not remove the original tags and please keep a hold of the original packaging. This relates to our only condition on this guarantee, which is that we require the item to be returned exactly as it was shipped to you, which means clean and unused with all original tags and packaging intact, in order to replace the product or refund your money.
If you have purchased the wrong size, the item doesn’t fit properly or the item is not what you thought it was going to be, Antimall will replace the item or refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
Returns for whatever reason are also at no cost to you. Because we’re based in Australia, you simply need to follow the directions below for a painless, cost-free solution.
Please follow these instructions to ensure a quick and efficient handling of your return.
Products must be “in new” condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Used or dirty products will not be accepted under this guarantee and will be returned to you. If you have used the item and believe it is faulty, please follow the warranty procedure detailed below.
The first step is to contact us via telephone on 1300 297 022 or via email. The details you will need to supply us are the Antimall invoice number, date of purchase, product name and explain what course of action you would like us to take. For example, change to another size, or a full refund of payment.
We will then advise you how to return the product via Australia Post at no cost to you.
Please securely wrap the parcel so that the product and packaging will not get damaged in transport.
Please include a copy of the original Antimall invoice.
Please include a note confirming what you would like us to do with your return, as per the above for example, exchange the item for another size or provide a full refund of payment.
All products sold by Antimall are 100% authentic and carry the manufacturer’s warranty for any fault in materials or workmanship. However please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by any warranty.
