How to measure.
Take your measurements with a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. For accuracy we suggest you measure over the top of your under garments.
- A.
- Head. Measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows, keeping the tape level around the back of your head where a hat would sit.
- B.
- Chest. Wrap the tape around your chest high under your arms. This is best done with the help of a friend as you should have your arms down for the most accurate measurement.
- C.
- Waist. Bend to the side and where you crease is your natural waistline. Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, placing one finger between your body and the tape.
- D.
- Inside leg. Take a pair of pants that fit you and lay them flat. Measure along the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. Before buying a pair of pants or jeans ensure the inside leg is the same or longer than this measurement.
